Items in new condition can be returned with a receipt
within a year of purchase for a refund. Customers
returning items in new condition without a receipt will
receive store credit. Items that are damaged or worn will
not receive a refund. Holiday and sales items cannot be
returned without a receipt. Groovy Garments gift cards
cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. If a customer
has a dispute about a return, the on-duty store manager
