AUTHORITY THAT THE AREA NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. TO DATE, THE MESS IS
STILL THERE AND NOW NEW PROBLEMS HAVE RISEN.

PEOPLE TODAY TEND TO IGNORE THE RECYLCLE SIGNS ON THE GARBAGE
CONTAINERS AND THEREFORE, DO NOT RECYCLE. YOU SEE THIS AS A HUGE
PROBLEM IN YOR ENVIRONMENT. YOU THINK THERE NEEDS TO BE A HUGE
CAMPAIGN AND MORE EDUCATIONAL CLASSES ON THIS ISSUE. WRITE A
LETTER STATING SUCH.
