I did a friction lab in class where I slid an object across a table, and I calculated the theoretical distance that the object should travel given the kinetic friction that I experimentally proved using a device made to measure friction. However, the theoretical distance that I got is just over half of the actual distance- have I done something wrong in my calculations? Thanks in advance for your help :)
