Some of the advantages of agrarian societies was the access to food that could be grown, the settlement of communities and the food supply they could store over the winter. Some disadvantages that were advantages to Nomads was the more diverse diet, and it was easier to spread disease in a community than from traveling.

nomadic lifestyle:
- surplus of food could be grown -better balanced diet
- food supply during the winter - less spread of disease
- people could permantently settle

Disadvantages of agrarian societies: Disadvantage of hunter-gatherer
nomadic lifestyle:
- easier spread of disease - couldn't permanently settle
- farming tended to deplete soil - more dangerous
