Community association employees are obligated to do each of the following EXCEPT:

a. possess the skills needed to perform assigned tasks.
b. use reasonable care in performing assigned tasks in order to protect the community's assets and interest.
c. complete assignments in conformity to performance standards within a reasonable time frame.
d. participate in the association's health program.
