The MCT will maintain documentation of containers and cargo discharged at the POD. At a minimum, the MCT will:

A) Record container numbers and their contents.
B) Document cargo weight and dimensions.
C) Track customs declarations and import/export permits.
D) Maintain records of vessel arrivals and departures.
