What is the eligibility requirement to enroll in a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan?

a) Must be entitled to Part A and/or enrolled in Part B, reside in the plan service area, may have pre-existing conditions such as ESRD.
b) Must be entitled to Part A and enrolled in Part B, reside in the plan service area, may have pre-existing conditions such as ESRD.
c) Must be entitled to Part A and enrolled in Part B, reside in the plan service area, do not have any pre-existing conditions such as ESRD.
