HELP!!! MY NINTENDO SWITCH CONTROLLER IS ACTING WEIRD!!!

i know brainly is used for math n stuff BUT i need yall help!

So just a few minutes ago My Nintendo Switch Left Neon Pink Controller starting acting weird... it wasnt cooperating with my movement like if i go up, it would go down.\
and MAINLY, it's doing this weird buzzing noise like it's not the humming that you would hear if you would press the icon at the "Find Controllers" section. Its more violent, and harsh.

Now note that this is whenever its in HANDHELD mode. whenever its disconnected, it's perfectly fine.. so im thinking: "Is it the console ITSELF?"

so please help me figure out how to fix this, i dont want to replace my switch or else my mother will get angry. PLEASE HELP!!!!
