Question 2
Consider this scenario and write a short social media post that would help create a positive digital reputation:
You offer to volunteer on Saturday at the Main Street Food Pantry. Jemma, who runs the pantry on weekends, asks you to arrive at 7:30 a.m., but she doesn't arrive until 7:45. However, she is very apologetic and walks you and the other volunteers through the procedure for giving out the donated food. The pantry opens at 8 a.m., and you're shocked to see there's already a long line of families waiting for food. It's hard work. You have to lift and move a lot of heavy boxes of cans, and your lunch break is very short. But you finish in the early afternoon and get to have the rest of your Saturday to do what you want.
