The U.S. House of Representatives passed the massive annual defense spending bill on Thursday, approving the $886 billion National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) by a vote of 310-118 and will be signed into law by President Joe Biden. The bill sets policy and spending priorities for the Department of Defense in 2024, an increase of $28 billion, or about 3 percent, from last year's spending bill.
