Frank is a homeless person who lives on the steets of New York City. One evening he is hungry, so steals a loaf of bread and a carton of milk from the deli. He defends his theft by saying that he is entitled to the food- he is hungry and will use it for nourishment, while the deli owner will only sell it to make a profit.
