b.They move in a circular motion.
Water particles, mostly seen move in the sea and oceans flow in a particular way which is circular. Since the air pushes the water particles that produces water pressure in and out of the water and pushes the water to form these circles that extends to the shore.

B). They move in circular motion
When wind blows across water, energy is transferred to the water, creating waves and surface currents. Deep water particles move in a circular motion when the wave passes. The wave movement decreases with depth and it becomes very small at depths, which is greater than half the wave length.
