If excessive "creation of money" continues in this example (without corresponding increases in real production), there could be a significant risk of hyperinflation as currently exists in some under-developed countries. Hyperinflation is when inflation with money happens at a vary high rate. The money is not supported by way of the gross domestic product at the expected growth rate and therefor leads to an off balance amount of supply and demand of money.
