Question #1 Answer: No, and the reason why is because a king has more power and our privileges would be reduces and we wouldn't have much voice, so we wouldn't have the same rights as now.

Question #2 Answer: French influence in the American revolutaion made it posible for the people that made the Declaration of Men to copy some of the ideas of the French.

Question #3 Answer: 1) The basic principle of the Declaration was that all “men are born and remain free and equal in rights”, which were specified as the rights of liberty, private property, the inviolability of the person, and resistance to oppression. 2) All citizens were equal before the law and were to have the right to participate in legislation directly or indirectly. 3) no one was to be arrested without a judicial order
