First verb has to be infinitif (whan a verb follows another one which is conjugated he has to be infinitive)

je veux partir

Vous voulez manger

vous voulez vous entraîner


the second verb is at the Impératif form

entraîne-toi

entraînons-nous

entraînez-vous
