If you stirred some sugar in water the sugar would disappear but the water would taste sweet. This is because __________ change occurred.

A.a physicalB.a chemicalC.both a physical and a chemicalD.neither a physical nor a chemical

Respuesta :

A. A physical change

because for it to be a chemical change, something new would need to be produced as a result of the dissolution. By the way, this doesn’t happen. All you get after dissolving sugar in water is a ‘sugary’ solution, no more and no less. The identity of the constituents remains unchanged. I hope this helps!

both physical and chemical change hope this helps
