That statement is False

Being too hurried would give the impression that you do not had confidence, which make it much harder for the audiences to trust your word. When it's your turn, you should walk slowly and posture up your shoulder straight forward, and start to make introduction of yourself before getting into your topic. This behaviour command attention and display confidence at the same time.
