Well without the options present, some suggestions I can make -
Attempt to exercise regularly and sleep well, also avoid drinks with a high sugar content. One trick that is now becoming ever more powerful as a result of the consumption of soda is to no longer drink it, drink water and fruit juices - most anything that is not soda - for one week.
"According to the American Heart Association (AHA), the maximum amount of added sugars you should eat in a day are (7): Men: 150 calories per day (37.5 grams or 9 teaspoons) Women: 100 calories per day (25 grams or 6 teaspoons)"
Men - 37.5 grams of sugar
Women - 25 grams of sugar
Those are the maximum recommended values of sugar that a man or woman should intake in one day-

Sugars, total: 39g
Calories, total: 140
Calories from sugar: 140*
In 1 1/2 cups of coca cola you surpass this recommended maximum. This is why I urge people no to drink soda.
