take the y-coordinate of the second set and minus the y-coordinate of the first set. Then do the same to the X's. Then divide Y's by the X's.

x1=-11
x2=-3

y1=-16
y2=10

Let's subtract the "y"s first.

Remember, a double negative (2 negatives in a row... subtracting a negative) equals a positive.

10--16= 10+16=26

Now, let's subtract the "x"s.

-3--11

-3+11=8

Now we have to divide.

26/8=13/4

I believe the slope is 13/4 :).
