Make a 4x4 table where rows are Alice, Bart, Pamela, and Robert, and where columns are the professions: Dentist, Laywer, Teacher and Writer.

Start crossing out possible pairing person-profession using the facts given. When a job is clearly assigned, you can cross it off for the rest of the people, for example, Pamela is a dentist so none of the rest are a dentist (because we are told they have all different jobs).

Eventually your table becomes filled.

Alice is a Lawyer

Bart is a Writer    <<< so this is choice (B) for your answer

Pamela is  a Dentist

Robert is a Teacher
