well you were right! my friend the answer indefinitely is B. but piece of advice read the book over and over again next time.

Why - The reason I chose D is becase of the fact that there are were times where terrorists have attacked many times. In the paragraph it dosen't state interviewing anyone about certain terrorist activities, taking photographs of Iran and Afghanistan does not even relate to terrorist attacks, and finally the climate does not even have anything to do with the question itself. So in this question option D makes the most since.
