When asking a question you can't post an attachment however after you ask a question there are three little buttons below your question. "Ask for details," "Report" and "Edit." Click the "Edit" button and you will be able to edit your question as well as post an attachment to your question.

I put a screenshot below. There is a little paper clip button that you click and it will prompt you to upload. It is under the large box, beside the other pi symbols and such. If you click on that it should bring you to your files. You will need to save a picture.

I do not know if this is the same for your phone, but it works this way for a computer...
