Write an equation with the solution x=25 the equation should have a variable on both sides, a decimal anywhere on the right side. One of he decimals should be written in tenths, the other in hundredths

start with x=25

remember, you can do anything to an equation as long as you do it to both sides

divide both sides by 4

0.25x=6.25

add 0.75x to both sides

x=6.25+0.75x
