Elisa has 6/14 pounds of flour. She would like to divide the flour equally into 5 bags. How much flour will be in each bag?

5 in fraction form is 5/1.

To divide fractions, you flip the second fraction and multiply.  This problem becomes:

6/14 * 1/5


6*1=6

5*14=70

6/70=3/35


There will be 3/35 pounds of flour in each bag.
