Hedda is considered to be an intimidating character because she doesn’t bear in mind other people’s feelings, she ignores when someone shares with her something that’s really meaningful, or the way she tells someone to commit suicide. Speaking of Love borg she more than once has encouraged him to commit s Her desire for control and power causes her to act out to hurt everyone that she can. This is just how she is emotionally intimidating. She has also been known to be physically intimidating by threatening to set Thea's hair on fire or even to pull out her father's pistols and shoot them recklessly about the garden.
