5.62 × [tex]21^{0}[/tex] is just wrong its always × 10
11.2 × [tex]10^{1}[/tex] needs to be 1.12 × [tex]10^{2}[/tex]
There is always 1 number before the decimal and that number is always greater than 0 and the number after × is always 10
