- PSYCHOLOGISTS: They are people that have studied psychology and they are in a scholar centre to help students to deal with problems related to school and home.
- COOKERS: They exist in schools to provide students, teachers and administrative team with meals. Cookers plan and follow specific diets to maintain people’s health.
2. SPECIALIZED CAPITAL: This refers to all the stuff that is employed in a scholar centre and that has an economic value. Its existence inside a scholar centre makes the fulfilment of the objectives possible. They include:
- Scholar furniture: The existence of a specific type of chairs, tables and other items as blackboards and computers promote the learning.
- Technology devices: computers, speakers and intelligent blackboards provide elements to teach easily and, as a consequence, to obtain better results with students.
- Books: They are a reliable source of information that students can consult in order to improve their knowledge.
About productivity, if all the specialized workers and capital don’t be present in a school, student performance would go down because students probably wouldn’t have a proper learning guide; at this respect, the possible and future earnings would be lesser and for that reason, the scholar centre would be evaluated as a failure.
