The Prehistoric laws can never be stated correctly due to lack of confirming evidence but the archaeological biological and scripts of prehistoric periods tend to tell us something about the laws of that era. The laws were tried and tested in day to day life and the outcomes were connected to heavenly entity that rewards good and punishes bad so that even the uneducated person would follow certain norms that were considered correct.
While in today's period the laws are thought of logically and then created and even the person following it understands on to why these laws should be followed.
