outpatient files are easier because documentation of patients visit is all that's necessary.
inpatient docs are completely different. including extended dr.'s orders 4 new meds, patient attitude,(if they've given up or want 2 go home)..patients are warned by medicare, if they choose to accept no improvement, dont work at physical barriers,social services look for nursing homes or assisted living..
