The answer is a black mamba.

The black mamba is predator typically found in central Africa. Not only that its scales are black but also an interior of its mouth. It moves very quickly and at any sudden movement, it is ready to slay its opponents through a rapid application of venomous strikes. Its venom is highly toxic and it could kill a man for 10-15 hours after the bite if antivenom is not applied.

The Black Mamba :) 

It got it's name from the inside of its mouth, not from it's scale. It's length ranges from 2-4.5 meters. It is also one of the fastest snakes in the world and can move 11km per hour! Their bites are REALLY toxic. It can make a human being weak in 45 mins. Death usually occurs in 7-15 hours if the venom is not treated.
