International aiding is where one country helps another country by sending resources. The European Union and United States are the two biggest donors. The most resources have been sent to Afghanistan and Vietnam, which are two small countries in Asia. There is also record of aid being sent to small countries in Africa, such as Kenya and Mozambique. The European Union and United States alone have sent out 117 billion dollars together.
