Between the percentage of of each food group has but that's not very necessary when there's a diagram indicating a estimated "amount" in contrast to rest of the other products; but what I consider is much more important is that there's no list of SPECIFIC groups of food, which by the way would be way better more helpful and assertive to have it handy and inserted into this diagram.  

The revision that would make the diagram more helpful would be labels indicating the recommended percentage of each food group, as stated in option D.

Why should we revise the diagram?

The diagram in the picture is already effective in the sense that it mentions each type of food and associates those types with different colors. However, one revision would make it more helpful.

Notice that the difference between each colored section in the diagram is quite unclear. We do not know how much grain we should consume as opposed to fruit. All we know is that it should be more.

Therefore, labels with the recommended percentage of each food group would make the diagram more helpful (option D). We would have a better sense of how much of each food group to consume.
