It would be easier if you know the native language. so you don't have a language barrier. and also to make sure to realize that your culture is probably very different. but if you like that kind of food, and really want to go there then it would be a good idea in my opinion

Barolo in Ningbo is VERY GOOD! It has many different types of food; multiple cultures. Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean and more! Great service and food! Worth every penny
