Hey!! I am so happy to help you learn this!!! So, first, it is very hard to divide by a decimal, so it would help if you multiply everything by 1000. It would keep the answer the same, yet make it easier to think about. Now you have 5600 divided by 1682. Look at the picture from her on out!
