The reason why the procedure that is done by the Dr is not considered to be violent is because D. Doctor Jones’ behavior did not actually cause harm.

This is all forms of behaviors that are done to a person in order to physically cause them harm or pain.

It has to do with violent behaviors. The doctor performed a surgery for wellness in stead.
