Chance had a football practice that lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes after school.If Chance got out of school at 3:15,what time did practice end?​

His practice ended at 5:00 because 3:00+1:00=4:00, and 45+15=60 and 60 minutes is 1 hour.So 4:00+1:00=5:00.

practice ended at 5:00 because 3:15 + an hour is 4:00 and if you add 45 to 15, that is 60 which would change the 4:00 to 5:00 (not 4:60 which wouldn’t make sense)
