Undocumented immigrants make up about 20 percent of the U.S. Workforce is a FALSE statement.

Explanation:

Out of the total workforce active in the United States, only about 5 percent is undocumented. This little percentage of labor is mainly engaged in activities in the unorganized sector, individual services, and menial jobs. These immigrants offer to work for lesser wages and disturb the labor market.

Illegal or fugitive immigration and hence the fear of the government, lack of awareness, the intention of evading taxes, etc. are major reasons behind not completing legitimate documentation with the responsible authorities. Most undocumented immigrants in the United States are originally Mexican citizens.
