Answer:

I am starting up my own doggy daycare. When looking for possible employees, I will search for people who will show up on time every day. If I have someone scheduled to show up at 8:00 A.M., a late arrival could cause a big problem. If more than one dog arrives at 8:15 A.M., I may have to handle all the dogs by myself because my employee is late. My customers may worry about leaving their dogs with me and decide to take them somewhere else.I will also look for people who are willing to learn on the job. These people would be valuable employees for several reasons. If I hire people who only have experience with big dogs and who don’t want to work with small dogs, it would limit their use in my business. If they were willing to learn, then I would teach them how to handle small dogs. In addition, I would be able to use these employees in a better way, by bringing more small dogs into my daycare. This would increase my customer base and grow my business.
