Although this is a personal question that only you can answer properly, we are able to give you some guidance to help you get started.
When you are recommending a change of policy, it is important to know how things stand first. Therefore, the first step would be to research the requirements for teen drivers in the country, and try to think of ways in which these laws could be improved.
I would design a policy that would allow teenagers to drive when they turn 18. I believe this is an age where people are mature enough to handle such a responsibility. Moreover, I believe that some of the restrictions they should have would be always having an adult in the car and not driving after dark.
Answer:
1.Which laws are already in place that have restrictions for teenage drivers?
2.Why are some people for or against raising the minimum driving age?
3.What do the data on accidents related to teen drivers reveal?
