I am the type of person who focuses a lot on the content of a message or any exposition of a specific topic that a person is doing. I like to listen to content that helps me to learn and not feel that I am wasting my time. If someone is explaining something to me it is important to know the true sources of where he obtained that information and to know percentages that contribute to its truthfulness.

In this case, I have difficulty focusing on the person who is sending the message. I don't care about the type of person but the content that he has to convey. If I feel that the person is not expressing something of value then I withdraw and I do not give importance to whoever is at the moment. I am not interested in the personal life of who is speaking, but I am interested in what that person can contribute to my growth. I feel more attracted to the message than to the person who is giving it.
