3) HIGH INTENSITY workouts
4) Eat spicy foods
5) long nights sleep
6) Coffee. Coffee. Coffee. (can never have too much) lol, just kidding. no more than 2 cups a day, but drink them black if you can, if not, then the smallest amount of milk/creamer.
7) Change cooking fat with coconut oils.
