The seasons experienced by the northern hemisphere for each position of the earth are ;

For the first position ( Top ) ; Season experienced is Spring

For the second position ( left ) ; Season experienced is Summer

For the third position ( Bottom ) ; season experienced is Fall

For the fourth position ( right ) ; season experienced is Winter

Spring is the season when plants and flowers starts to grow and the weather becomes temperate due to sufficient sunshine to melt out ice deposited during winter period. and the position of the earth just above the sun provides the earth with the temperate temperature in preparation for summer.

The summer period experienced in the northern hemisphere brings warmer temperature since the hemisphere is fully in contact with the sun therefore the weather experienced here would be summer. ( left position )

During fall and winter the Earth's northern hemisphere does not receive enough sunlight which makes the temperature to become cooler as seen in  the bottom and right images.

Hence we can conclude that the temperatures that would be experienced by the northern hemisphere of the earth at different positions are ; spring , summer, fall and winter.
