b) Butter can be described as an emulsion of oil in water. It contains both fat and water and the milk proteins act as emulsifiers. On the other hand, the ghee contains only fat and no water. It can be prepared by removing water from butter.

c) The inner temperature of the body can be described as the homeostatic temperature which organelles inside the body need to maintain so that each organelle can function properly. On the other hand, Outer temperature is the environmental temperature.
