Advantages of dog parks:
- allows dogs to get sufficient major of off slash exercise
- allows dogs to become more social
- safe for dogs as there are no traffic hazards
Disadvantages of dog parks:
- other dogs may be overly aggressive and ignite a fight with your dog
- other dogs may have fleas and this leads to the transferral of parasites between dogs
- dogs who are bullied may become targets for other dogs and develop defensive behaviours
