Answer: There will be no effect on the protein produced.

Explanation:

According to the genetic code, the triplet codon UCA code for the amino acid, Serine. Also, UCC code for serine.

This is known as degeneracy, since UCA and UCC code for the same amino acid (serine). Thus, the mutation will not alter the protein at all
