I NEED HELP! PLEASE

The figure below is the intersection of 3 line segments.

Using the figure below, use what you know about Linear Pairs and Vertical Angles to find m

123 Degrees

62.5 Degrees

33 Degrees

57 Degrees

In the trapezoid below, segment AB is the Midsegment of the trapezoid.

Find the length of the unknown base (the '?' labeled side) of the trapezoid

Respuesta :

The diagram from problem 1 is missing. So I'll only answer problem 2.

Let x be the length of the unknown segment (labeled with a question mark)

If you add the parallel bases of any trapezoid, then divide by 2, you'll get the length of the midsegment.

So,

(base1+base2)/2 = midsegment

(x+2.92)/2 = 3.98

x+2.92 = 3.98*2 .... multiply both sides by 2

x+2.92 = 7.96

x = 7.96-2.92 ...... subtract 2.92 from both sides

x = 5.04

Answer: Choice A) 5.04
