Answer:
Moving from Nigeria to the US
Explanation:
My country Nigeria is made up primarily of three major ethnic groups, which are the Yoruba,Igbo and hausa. I am from the Yoruba speaking tribe and I speak Yoruba as a tribe and practice it's culture.
The Yoruba people takes respect as a priority, an elder is entitled to the maximum amount of respect a young fellow can give. This include prostrating when greeting as done by the young men ,while the girls do kneel. Also when you are not entitled to voice out your thoughts and feelings as it's assumed and the words of an elder is true and right.
On moving to the US with my family, I could observe the differences between where am coming . Prostrating to greet an elder isn't done over here,we simple say Good morning and that is enough. In dealing with discussions that concerns you, your input and feelings are considered.
This above is my major difference observation from where am coming from.
