The cell division takes place in two important stages that are first the nucleus divides and then the cytoplasm of the cell divides. They referred the division of the nucleus as the karyokinesis and division of the cytoplasm of the cell as the cytokinesis.

The karyokinesis takes places in many phases which can be easily distinguished and the cytokinesis takes place by the division of cell membrane and the cellular components equally.

Thus, karyokinesis and cytokinesis are correct.
