I.e getting involved in too many different jobs does not make one a master on the jobs as all the required skills to be a master in all of the Specialities will be lacking. Specializing in a particular task/job results in a high level of technical know how and expertise. Although getting involved in one same job/task over and over again leads to boredom. Ocasionally rotating jobs is one effective way to replenish interest in ones job.
