I believe the experiment you are doing is a titration experiment. To determine, the volume of sodium hydroxide added to the flask, you just have to read off the measurement from the buret. To calculate the concentration of the acid in the flask, you use data on the concentration of NaOH used, the volume added until the equivalence point and the stoichiometric ratio of NaOH and HCl from their reaction.
